This Project addressed one of the 2030 RIBA Sustainable Outcomes- Good Health and Well Being. Within a Grade II listed building, I designed a food bank that partnered with Too Good to Go and OddBox in order to feed those in need. The site also grew its own fresh produce using hydroponics on the roof, as well as processed its own waste in a self contained waste food processor on site.
